The first step to applying for the 2026-2027 school year is to schedule a virtual tour/Q&A with one of our directors. You will have an opportunity during the virtual tour to ask questions and learn about all of the incredible happenings at ASTEME Academy this year.

After the initial application is submitted, keep an eye on your inbox, as a special email will be heading your way soon. Inside, you’ll find a link that will allow your family to sign up for an in-person tour guided by one of ASTEME’s directors. This tour is designed to provide you with an intimate look at our learning environment, engaging classrooms, and the vibrant atmosphere that defines life at ASTEME. We believe that this experience will not only help you get acquainted with our environment but also allow you to ask any additional questions you might have. This also allows us to meet your child and introduce them to our community.

After the in-person tour, we will schedule a shadow day so that we may get to know your child better. During this time, they will be paired up with a friend and will participate in our classes.

• Priority Decision (ASTEME as your primary choice): December 6th
  Families who consider ASTEME their top choice are encouraged to apply for Priority Decision. This option includes early registration and allows us to review the application ahead of the general timeline, providing an admission decision sooner.
• General Admission Decision: March 6th
  Families who apply for General Admission will be considered within a larger pool of applicants. Because space is often limited after the priority round, admission during this cycle can be more competitive.

Students who are waitlisted will be notified of final decision on March 31st.
